With over 18 years of experience in both residential and commercial property management, Hedgerow's goal is to provide professional management services personalized to fit each client's needs.
President Mary Marsey has been in the property management business since 1985 and founded Hedgerow Property Management in 1997. In addition to Hedgerow Property Management, Mary is the Broker of Record for Napa Valley Community Housing, a non-profit organization that manages low and moderate-income housing in Napa Valley. Mindy Wyman joined Hedgerow in 2001 with over ten years of experience in business and management. Her goal is to focus primarily on commercial property management and marketing.
Since its inception, Hedgerow Property Management has developed into one of the largest property management firms in the area and has the fastest growth rate of any local firm. A steady stream of referrals and repeat business attests to the excellent service and professionalism Hedgerow brings to each one of their accounts. Mary Marsey has been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1995 and founded Hedgerow Property Management in 1997. Mary is the Broker of Record for Hedgerow Property Management and for Napa Valley Community Housing, a non-profit organization managing low and moderate-income housing in Napa Valley.

Property Manager
Mindy Wyman has been a Property Manager with Hedgerow since 2001 and holds her Real Estate Broker’s license. She has over fourteen years of experience in business and property management. Mindy works with residential leasing, Home Owners Associations management, tenant issues and acts as a liaison for tenants and owners.

Property Manager
Connie has been with Hedgerow since 2002 and holds her California Real Estate license. She works primarily with residential leasing and tenant/landlord relations and has held her Certified Property Management credential since 2005.

Assistant Property Manager
Melissa joined Hedgerow in 2006. She assists in all aspects of property management, working closely with the property managers, tenants and vendors.

Accounts Manager
Stacey has been with Hedgerow since 2005 and holds her California Real Estate license. She has 10 years of accounting experience and is responsible for the accounting of properties at Hedgerow.

Front Office Receptionist
Carolina joined Hedgerow in 2006 and provides administrative support for the entire Hedgerow staff. She also acts as our Spanish language interpreter.
