President Mary Marsey has been in the property management business since 1985 and founded Hedgerow Property Management in 1997. Stephanie Rode joined Hedgerow in 2008 with over twenty years of experience in business and management. Her goal is to focus primarily on commercial property management.
Since its inception, Hedgerow Property Management has developed into one of the largest property management firms in the area and has the fastest growth rate of any local firm. Mary Marsey has been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1995 and founded Hedgerow Property Management in 1997. She has over 20 years of experience in property management.

Residential Property Manager
Carolina has been with Hedgerow since 2006. She works primarily with residential leasing and tenant/landlord relations and acts as a bilingual liaison between our Spanish speaking owners and tenants.

Angela joined Hedgerow in 2009 and assists the property managers in all of their duties. She also acts as a bilingual liaisaon with our Spanish speaking tenants and applicants.

Lorna works part-time assisting the property managers in their duties. She focuses primarily on showing properties to prospective tenants and visually inspecting all properties to ensure that tenants are properly caring for their homes
